Karta Purkh Singh was born on April 28, 1968 in Hamburg. After completing his commercial training and studying pedagogy, he
fulfilled his long-held wish to practice Kundalini Yoga. He has been very, very happily married since 1998 and is now the father of a daughter. He is a level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer in various national and international Kundalini Yoga training courses. He teaches training courses on posture and asanas.
In addition to his work as a yoga teacher and alternative practitioner (focus on NLP and conversation), he conducts individual consultations and runs exclusive small groups at the Hamburg Health Center on Rothenbaumchaussee. Karta Purkh Singh also teaches at Kaifu Lodge and the Nanak Niwas yoga center. Karta Purkh Singh has been managing director of the Kundalini Yoga Association 3HO since July 2007.
Sat Hari Kaur is a trained actress, alternative practitioner and Kundalini Yoga teacher. She lived in the Guru Ram Das Ashram in Hamburg for 10 years and completed her yoga training there. She is the lead trainer of the 3H0 specialist training as a yoga teacher for pregnant women and postnatal training in Hamburg. She works
together often with her husband Kim Karta Purkh Pomorius in various yogaevents.She is a certified alternative practitioner, hypnotherapist and NLP
teacher trainer. Sat Hari Kaur also specializes in pelvic floor, abdominal and back training. She has written three books on yoga topics that were published by Rowohlt and Herder Verlag. She has also written various articles for yoga magazines, blogs and medical journals and/or uploaded them to the Internet. Over several years she developed yoga series for the women's magazine “Für Sie”.
